Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Returns must be received within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and should be returned in their original packaging when possible.
- Custom items (including personalized products) cannot be returned or exchanged, so please review your order carefully before confirming.
- Shipping is non-refundable unless there was an error on our part.
Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will assist you promptly to resolve the issue.
