Returns must be received within 7 days of receiving your order.

1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and should be returned in their original packaging when possible.
2. Custom items (including personalized products) cannot be returned or exchanged, so please review your order carefully before confirming.
3. Shipping is non-refundable unless there was an error on our part.

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will assist you promptly to resolve the issue.
